Luciana Mary Neugedachter

Luciana Mary Neugedachter is a dedicated professional with a background in Chemical Engineering and significant experience in project management and process optimization within the oil and gas sector. Currently part of MODEC's Process Team since April 2023, Luciana also serves as a Product Owner at Shape, leading oil and gas projects, facilitating agile ceremonies, and managing stakeholder relationships. Prior to these roles, Luciana participated in Halliburton’s Development Excellence Engineer Program, providing essential support and training on integrated projects, and completed an impactful internship at L'Oréal, managing projects in cosmetics. Additionally, Luciana has logistics experience from the Rio 2016 Olympics with OBS, enhancing project coordination skills through translation and logistics management. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense, a graduation in Business and Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a certification in logistics from OBS Business School.
