Mike Mandarino

Mike Mandarino is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management, electrical design, and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Shape Process Automation since February 2015, Mike has extensive expertise in leading multi-discipline teams and designing high vacuum systems tailored to customer specifications. Previously, Mike held the position of Director of Manufacturing at Intlvac, overseeing system quotations, quality assurance, and integrated control systems for coating and etching processes. Additional roles included Electrical Designer/Programmer at Intlvac and APM, where Mike developed control systems and collaborated on automated packaging equipment. Mike's career began as a Mechanical/Electrical Technologist at Custom Precision Machinery, contributing to custom machinery design and assembly. Mike's education includes a degree from DeVry University, completed between 1996 and 1999.
