Matthew Dixon

Matthew Dixon has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthew started their career in 2005 as a Landscaper at Mike Mills Landscaping, where they worked until 2008. In 2009, they briefly worked as a Service Specialist at Karpata Instore Service before moving on to Alaskan Pipeling Inc., where they served as the Closing Manager and Door Man until 2011.

In 2010, Matthew joined Shape Corporation as a Chrysler Quality Engineer Intern, gaining valuable experience in the automotive industry. Matthew then transitioned to Innotec in 2012, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer, specializing in furniture flex connectors.

Returning to Shape Corporation in 2013, Matthew took up various roles within the company. Matthew initially worked as a Manufacturing Engineer before progressing to Process Engineering and then becoming a Lead Process Engineer. In April 2021, they were promoted to the position of Engineering Manager, a role they held until November 2022. Matthew's most recent position at Shape Corp. is also as an Engineering Manager, starting in August 2022.

Throughout their career, Matthew has displayed adaptable skills and a strong technical background, contributing to team projects, scrap reduction, troubleshooting, and mean time between intervention initiatives. Matthew has also demonstrated expertise in quality control, safety, finances, and shipping.
