Ren Provey

Ren Provey is an accomplished software leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as Head of Software at Shaper since June 2022, Ren is focused on cultivating a highly innovative team. Prior roles include Director of Engineering and Interim Director of Product at WeSpire, where Ren developed execution plans and expanded the engineering team. As a Senior Engineer, Ren emerged as a key player in modernizing testing practices and major technology migrations. At SeeClickFix, Ren played multiple roles including Director of Engineering and Head of Product, successfully scaling teams and processes. Ren's early career features senior development positions at Purpose and Duke University, contributing to significant advancements in Ruby on Rails and user experience design. Ren holds a degree from Duke University and pursued comprehensive training in furniture design and manufacturing.
