Ted Roland

Ted Roland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product support and management within the art and framing industry. Currently serving as a Senior Product Support Specialist at Shaper since July 2019, Ted previously held key positions including Shop Manager and Head of the Fitting Department at Mark Ryan Fine Art Services, where responsibilities encompassed workflow organization, administrative development, and revenue generation. Ted's background also includes managing client interactions and job processes as a Manager & Frame Designer at The Painter's Place, as well as experience in quality assurance and software development at Logiciel.
