Mwicigi Wainaina

Mwicigi Wainaina is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Fellow at Management Leadership for Tomorrow and Share Ventures since January 2023. In addition, Mwicigi holds the position of President at Sparkathon and is a Member of Pomona Ventures and ColorStack. Experience includes working as a Sound Engineer and AV Technician at Pomona College and a Fellow at the Randall Lewis Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Prior roles include Analyst at Sagehen Capital Management, Project Manager at Loyalty Logistics, and Chief Product Officer at Bacchus Technologies LLC, where significant accomplishments included securing $250,000 in grants for local businesses and leading a cross-functional team to expedite a SaaS platform's development.
