Shelley Straub began her career with Efficio in 2015 as Human Resources Manager. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University and a proud Buckeye. Prior to her work with ShareBuilders and Efficio, Shelley worked in both public and private sectors and HR consulting. She has experience in government HR policy and labor relations, which complement her background in managing leadership development programs, performance management, and succession planning.
