Kareina Brazenor

Kareina Brazenor is an experienced professional with a strong background in proposal development and international relations. Currently serving as a Proposal Development Manager at Capital Rx since September 2021, Kareina previously worked as a Proposal Writer II at Envolve Pharmacy Solutions. Following a significant tenure in the U.S. Department of State as a Consular Officer and Political Officer, Kareina contributed to key initiatives such as visa processing and anti-human trafficking efforts in collaboration with high-level government officials. Earlier experience includes project proposal writing for USAID-funded projects at Chemonics International, teaching assistance at The University of Chicago, and extensive work with educational initiatives overseas. Kareina holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Psychology from UC San Diego.
