Bruce Javitz has over 26 years of finance and accounting experience. Bruce started their career as an Assistant Controller at the Los Angeles Clippers in 1995 and then became a Controller for the Long Beach Ice Dogs from 1998 to 2000. In 2001, they joined Mandalay Baseball Properties as the VP of Accounting and later became the Controller. Bruce worked at Mandalay Baseball Properties for 20 years until 2021. In 2014, they briefly served as the Director for LAFC Sports, LLC. In the same year, they also began working for The Santa Fe Group as the Director of Finance. Presently, they hold the position of Vice President of Finance at Shared Assessments.
Bruce Javitz obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Bruce further pursued their education by earning a Master of Arts degree in Sports Administration from The Ohio State University. Bruce studied at The Ohio State University from 1991 to 1993.
