Helder M.

Helder M. has worked in a variety of roles in the past two decades. In 1999, they were a Project Manager and Consultant for Celerant Consulting (now Hitachi Consulting). Helder specialized in change management solutions for global business units and ventures, and their clients included Oil & Gas, Engineering, Telecoms, Medical technology, Automotive, and Utilities. In 2006, Helder M. worked as a Post Acquisition Management Associate for Nikko Principal Investments Limited, the investment arm of Citigroup Japan Holdings Corp. specializing in venture capital and private equity. From 2008 to 2013, Helder M. was the Operations Director for MRFS Group. During this time, they also served as the Managing Director of Cubic Street – Online Business Diagnostics and Change Programmes, working with companies and partnering with experts consultants and thought leaders to build powerful sets of critical success factors that deliver results. Finally, in 2013, Helder M. was the Chief Operations Officer for SHAREIGHT.

Helder M. attended The University of Manchester from 1997 to 1998, where they obtained an MSc in International Business. Prior to that, Helder M. studied at Universidade Tecnica de Lisboa and Trinity College Dublin from 1994 to 1997, where they received a BSc in International Relations (Politics and Economics).
