Andrew Pickett

Andrew Pickett has over 18 years of experience in software development and technical architecture. In 2002, they began their career at One.Tel as a Web Application Developer Contract (ecommerce). Andrew then moved to Freshnet Systems (ecommerce startup) as a Software Development Manager, Contract & Perm, where they were responsible for greenfield development of a multisite procurement portal, as well as ecommerce platform development and document automation in the supply chain, EDI, and XML AS2 trading partner integration. In 2006, they worked as a C# Developer Contract at Cambridge Assessment. The following year, they worked as a C# Developer Contract at KMR Software (WPP Group), where they developed C# .NET 2.0 and AJAX interfaces for international web applications. In 2008, they worked as a .NET Developer Contract at Wood Mackenzie. In 2009, they worked as a .NET Developer/Technical Architect at Caternet Ltd (ecommerce startup), where they were responsible for ASP.NET MVC greenfield ecommerce development of a procurement portal and document automation in the supply chain. Andrew then worked as a .NET Developer Contract at NHS Scotland. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Zonal as a Technical Lead (ecommerce platform), where they were responsible for ecommerce platform development and document automation in the supply chain, EDI, and XML AS2 trading partner integration. Finally, they were CTO and Co-Founder at ShareIn from 2012 to present.

Andrew Pickett obtained their MBA in International Business from The University of Edinburgh in 2008. Prior to this, they studied Maths at the University of Cambridge from 1999 to 2000. Andrew also obtained a BSc Hons in Economics from the University of St Andrews between 1995 and 1999.
