Matt Walters has a long and varied work experience. Matt started their career in 2003 as a player for the New York Jets. In 2004, they co-founded, created, designed and managed SharePlanner Inc., an online social network for Wall Street professionals, individual traders, and investors to interact, discuss, and share trading ideas and investment strategies. In 2005, they became a player for the Miami Dolphins. In 2006, they became a Design Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where they received corporate recognition as Lead for Northrop Grumman Eastern Region supporting CAD Migration of High Altitude Long Endurance & Targets platform CAD Migration. In 2015, they became a Sales Representative at Zimmer Biomet. Most recently, in 2019, they joined YOUNG and Associates as a Senior Building Consultant.

Matt Walters attended Webster University from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended the University of Miami from 1998 to 2003, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering.
