Kristjan N.

Kristjan N. is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with significant leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Stebby since June 2022, Kristjan leads an employee benefits platform and wellness services marketplace in the Baltics. As a Co-Founder of Finceptiv since September 2018, Kristjan oversees a prominent financial brokerage operating in multiple countries, including Spain, Mexico, and Vietnam. Additionally, Kristjan is the Chief Executive Officer and owner of ProRisk Services, which focuses on risk management for financial service businesses. Involvement in various investment and advisory roles includes being a member of the Estonian Founders Society, an investor in several startups such as Parcelsea and Swapin.com, and serving as Lead Angel Investor for Sharewell.eu and VSight. Kristjan holds a BSc Engineering degree in Product Development from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, acquired from 2002 to 2008, and completed earlier education at Tallinn School no 21.
