Carol Wick is an experienced leader in gender-based violence advocacy and juvenile justice reform. Currently serving as a Fellow at Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy, Carol focuses on reforming the juvenile justice system. Carol is also a member of the Gender Based Violence Expert Roster for UN Women, contributing to global initiatives aimed at ending violence against women. As President of Sharity, Carol provides thought leadership and sustainable development for various organizations. Previously, as Chief of Global Operations for Every Woman Treaty, Carol played a key role in efforts to establish a global treaty to end violence against women and girls. With a decade-long tenure as CEO of Harbor House of Central Florida, Carol established extensive support systems for domestic violence survivors. Carol's educational background includes advanced studies at Harvard University, Crummer Graduate School of Business, Auburn University, Florida State University, Rollins College, and Georgetown University.
