Shah Najmul Huda have over 25 years of diversified experience in oil & gas and petrochemical industries. More than 9 years with BP plc. both in Pakistan and Sharjah. Has broad range of skills gained from roles in project management and detailed mechanical engineering. Has degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Pakistan (1991)

Got Associate’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University in 2007 after undertaking numerous courses on Project management. Had BP training in “Projects – The BP Way” in 2008 which was 2 weeks extensive residential program in USA. Also attended the Management Development Program (MDP) in Petrofac during 2013.. Qualified the PMP certification by Project Management Institute, USA in 2015
