Michał Marek Król is a seasoned game designer with extensive experience in combat design and indie game development. Currently serving as a Senior Combat Designer at Sharkmob since October 2022, Michał previously contributed to various projects at Forgotten Laundry, creating around 20 games for Game Jams, achieving multiple awards including first places in notable competitions. Michał’s professional journey includes roles at Toadman Interactive and Black Sail Games, where responsibilities encompassed combat design and high-level project documentation. Notable contributions to Dying Light 2 were made during Michał's time at Techland, along with significant design work on the Layers of Fear series at Bloober Team. Additionally, Michał has a background in journalism, having written for CD-Action magazine and served as a QA Tester for CD PROJEKT RED. Educational qualifications include a degree in Law from the University of Wroclaw.
