Jon Kravitz

Jon Kravitz, MBA has extensive experience in sales and eCommerce. Jon currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at SharkNinja starting in 2023, overseeing the Walmart account. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of eCommerce at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC from 2021 to 2023, where they were responsible for developing strategies and business fundamentals to make the eCommerce channel profitable.

From 2014 to 2021, Jon worked at SharkNinja in various roles. As the Senior Sales Director and Team Lead for Amazon, they successfully grew the business from $250 million to $600 million in 24 months. Jon also served as the Sales Director for Walmart Stores and eCommerce, achieving double-digit growth and being nominated for Supplier of the Year. Jon began their career at SharkNinja as a National Account Manager for Walmart, where they consistently increased sales and improved margin.

Before joining SharkNinja, Jon worked at New England Coffee Company as a Senior Analyst from 2010 to 2014. In this role, they led forecasting processes, provided business updates, and implemented a trade promotion management tool.

Throughout their career, Jon has demonstrated a strong track record of driving growth, developing teams, and delivering profitable results.

Jon Kravitz, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategy and Marketing from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from Providence College between 2005 and 2009.
