Steven Bailey

Steven Bailey has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Steven started their career as an Electronics Workshop Technician at Like Technologies, specializing in legacy control and instrumentation for nuclear power generation. Steven then joined Apec Systems as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they focused on CAD, sheet metal parts design, and creating parts for CNC. In 2018, they began working at SharkNinja, first as a Product Designer in the human-centered design innovation team, conducting user interviews and expanding business categories. Later, they became a Senior Product Design Engineer, working on projects involving hair dryer accessories and hardfloor wet vacs. Currently, they hold the role of Principal Design Engineer in the Home Environment Advanced Development team at SharkNinja, responsible for product design and management of test equipment and facilities.

Steven Bailey obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Product Design from The University of Huddersfield from 2010 to 2013. Steven later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Product Design at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2016 to 2017. Steven also holds a certification in IOSH MANAGING SAFELY 5.0 Course from IOSH.
