Naama Eylon has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the personal care and retail industries. Naama started their career at Stanley Works as a Business Development Manager from 2007 to 2009. Naama then worked as a Storage Commercialization Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from 2009 to 2012. Naama then moved on to become a Commercial Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from 2012 to 2014, where they managed sales and customer strategy in global markets. Naama is currently the CEO at Sharon Personal Care, a role they have held since 2023. Before becoming CEO, Naama served as the General Manager at Sharon Personal Care from 2021 to 2023 and as the Vice President - Personal Care from 2014 to 2021. In this position, they managed global business activities, including strategy, sales, marketing, budget, and business development, and was responsible for managing business partnerships in various regions. Naama also played a key role in driving product development and innovation to deliver growth.
Naama Eylon attended Tel-Aviv University - Lahav Executive Education in 2021, where they studied Strategy and Business Development. From 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing at Peres Academic Center. In 2002, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies at Tel Aviv University. Additionally, in the same period, they obtained another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, this time in Political Science and Government, from Tel Aviv University.
