Julia Gwynette

Julia Gwynette, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Julia currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at The Sharon at SouthPark, a role they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, Julia worked as the Director of Human Resources at Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region from December 2019 to April 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at the Community Blood Center of the Carolinas/OneBlood for 17 years, where they handled various responsibilities such as managing HR policies and practices, engaging in leadership development, and overseeing the management of HR vendors and departmental budget. Julia also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Castolin Eutectic, a role they held from 1996 to 2002.

Julia Gwynette, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Julia also attended Peace College. Julia has obtained additional certifications including the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from HRCI, and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and SHRM-SCP certifications from SHRM. Julia has also completed various courses and training programs related to bias, inclusive leadership, inclusive conversations, and time management through LinkedIn.
