Elisa Romero has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Elisa started their career at Scripps Health in 2011 as a Patient Care RN Supervisor, and later transitioned to the role of Patient Care Manager. In 2016, they joined UC San Diego Health as a Nursing Manager. Two years later, they became an RN Director for Clinic Operations at Scripps Health. Currently, Elisa is serving as the Director of Surgical Specialties at Sharp HealthCare, where they are responsible for overseeing and supporting the SRSMG Surgical Specialties service line in San Diego County.
