Kelly Tapp

Kelly Tapp has worked primarily at Sharp HealthCare since 2003, holding various roles such as Clinical Lead Nurse and Nurse Manager. Kelly is currently serving as a Clinical Lead Nurse at the company. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty Member at National University from 2012 to 2018.

Kelly Tapp earned a Master's degree in Executive Nursing Leadership from the Hahn School of Nursing and Health Science in 2011. In 2016 to 2018, they attended Walden University, where they obtained a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing. Kelly also holds certifications as a Nurse Executive (NE-BC) from ANCC and in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing (RN-BC) from AANC, which they obtained in 2019.
