Pam Wells

Pam Wells is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in nursing and patient care services. Currently serving as Chief Nursing Officer at Sharp HealthCare since October 2013, Pam is responsible for achieving high-quality patient outcomes and enhancing the overall patient experience at Sharp Memorial, a 350-bed adult care hospital. Prior to this role, Pam provided healthcare consulting with TrustHCS, where coaching and training were delivered in Mumbai, India. As Vice President of Patient Care Services at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital from 2004 to 2012, Pam emphasized innovation and quality in a high-acuity environment. Pam's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Administrator at Henry Ford Hospital from 1994 to 2004, overseeing a range of inpatient and outpatient services. Educational credentials include an MSN in Nursing from the University of Michigan, an MSA in Business from Madonna University, and a BSN in Nursing from the University of Michigan.
