Seth Schwartzbach has over 20 years of work experience in various customer service and account management roles. Seth is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Sharpen, where they are involved in developing technology for contact centers. Prior to this, Seth worked at Tangoe as a Service Delivery/Customer Success Manager, where they collaborated with clients to manage their wireless programs. Seth has also worked at MCPc and Kinney Group, Inc. as an Inside Sales Account Manager, gaining experience in technology integration solutions and building relationships with customers. Seth has previous experience at Bell Industries as an Account Manager, focusing on growing commercial business, and at Verizon Business as an Inside Account Manager, working with SMB accounts and advising them on new offerings. Early in their career, they worked at Hewlett Packard as an Account Manager serving enterprise-sized clients and at RCI as an HGVC Counselor, providing customer-focused travel services.

Seth Schwartzbach attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology. In addition to their formal education, Seth also earned a certification as a Cisco Security Sales Specialist from Cisco in May 2015.
