Chris McMurtry

Chris McMurtry is an experienced professional in the fields of aerial inspection and broadcast production. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at Sharper Shape Inc. since July 2016, Chris manages large utility aerial inspection projects, ensuring team members and contractors are well-equipped for safe and efficient operations. Prior to this, Chris was a Solutions Architect, designing hardware and software solutions for drone and helicopter inspections. As a founder of Aerial Inspection Resources, Inc., Chris navigated FAA regulations while developing the company. Previous roles include Broadcast Director for the Portland Trail Blazers, where Chris directed telecasts for NBA games, and Technical Director/Editor, contributing to an Emmy Award-winning team. Chris's career began in cable television, including positions at KPDX-TV and Paragon Cable Television. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Television Production from the University of Oregon.
