Karuna Khatri has four years of work experience in various roles. In 2021, they were an HR Manager at SharpQuest. In 2020, they were a Recruitment Executive at Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI). In 2019, Karuna was a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ConsultAdd Inc, where they were responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans. In 2018, they were an Electrical Engineering Intern at JSW Energy Ltd, where they worked on innovating new ideas and machinery to use solar energy in an efficient way.

Karuna Khatri completed a BTech - Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Arya College of Engineering & Research Center,Jaipur in 2019. Karuna then went on to pursue a Post graduation diploma in Management in HR & Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning from 2019 to 2021.
