Kelsey Luchey

Kelsey Luchey is a seasoned fundraising professional with extensive experience in the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Fundraising Strategy and Operations at Shatterproof since May 2022, Kelsey leads the development of strategic approaches for event support and fundraising operations. Previous roles at Shatterproof include Integrated Fundraising Director and Integrated Fundraising Manager, where responsibilities encompassed event production, vendor management, and donor relationship building. Prior to Shatterproof, Kelsey held positions at JDRF International as Fundraising Program Specialist and Development Manager, focusing on increasing organizational reach and managing fundraising campaigns. Additional experience includes coordinating events at SARC Harford County and Georgetown Events, where Kelsey demonstrated strong capabilities in event management and community engagement. Kelsey holds a Master’s degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication and Psychology from the University of Delaware.
