Martin Richards

Martin Richards is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in various high-level roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Technology at Shaw and Partners since January 2023, Martin previously held the position of Head of Technology Services at BAI Communications, where responsibilities included managing network and infrastructure services and spearheading digital transformation initiatives. Prior experience at Westpac involved leading the Infrastructure Delivery team and overseeing technology operations for the Westpac Institutional Bank. Martin's earlier roles include significant contributions to UBS Investment Bank as a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Manager, and a Global Engineering Manager at Credit Suisse First Boston, where expertise in solution design and compliance was demonstrated across Asia Pacific. Martin holds a foundational education from King's College School, Wimbledon.
