Isabelle Francois

Isabelle Francois has over 20 years of work experience, with a diverse range of roles in various companies. Isabelle is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Shaw Bakers since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Advisor at Calisco Spirits from January to December 2023. In 2020, Isabelle became a Board Member at Food System 6 Accelerator, a role they held until November 2023. Before that, they worked at Neutral as an Advisor from January to July 2023, and as the Head of Revenue from January to December 2022. Isabelle also served as the General Manager, North America at Zero Egg from February 2020 to March 2021. Additionally, they worked as the Interim Chief Growth Officer at Alaffia from July to December 2019. Isabelle has an extensive background in finance, having held various leadership positions at Whole Foods Market from 2008 to 2019, including Vice President roles in strategic initiatives, Whole Foods Market 365, and Northern California. Isabelle also worked as the Senior Director of Finance at Whole Foods Market and as the Director of Finance at Gap Inc. Prior to that, Isabelle was the Head of Corporate FP&A at Trimble Navigation and an FP&A Manager at Excite@Home.

Isabelle Francois attended KEDGE Business School from 1991 to 1995. Isabelle did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during that time. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the Section4 Certified Brand Strategist, Section4 Certified Viral Growth, and Section4 Certified Strategist certifications from Section4 in 2021. Isabelle also completed the Insights for innovation certification from IDEO U in 2021. It is unclear whether they obtained the Design Thinking certification.
