Amy O’Farrell

Amy Ouyang is a Software Engineer currently contributing to Google Search since July 2022. Prior to this role, Amy held software engineering positions at Amazon, including work in Amazon Advertising from July 2021 to July 2022 and a summer internship focused on Amazon Global Expansions in 2020, where a notable achievement included launching a customer return policy experiment for millions of customers. Earlier experience includes an internship at BlackBerry, where Amy developed a messaging delivery service API using C# and .NET Core, and research at The University of Texas at Austin, where a project involved predicting protein interactions related to liver cancer. Amy Ouyang holds a Bachelor of Science and Arts Honors degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, completed under the Dean's Scholars Honors Program.
