Paulette Schievelhud

Paulette Schievelhud has extensive experience in sales enablement and business development, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Sales Enablement at Shaw Industries since October 2008. In this role, Paulette leads a team focused on enhancing sales capabilities and market opportunities for the Commercial sales force. Previous positions include Business Development Manager, where Paulette managed a team to drive revenue and brand recognition, and CRM Training Manager, responsible for training staff on Salesforce systems. Earlier experience includes roles as a Bilingual Recruiting Supervisor and Benefits Analyst at US Xpress, contributing to hiring and employee benefits management.
