Vitatherese LoFria is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and education. Currently serving as the Onboarding Manager and previously as a Corporate Leadership Development Specialist at Shaw Industries since June 2021, Vitatherese brings expertise in employee training and organizational development. Prior roles include Educator at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Learning and Development Manager at JE Dunn Construction, and Owner/Yoga Instructor at Vita-Prana Yoga, where Vitatherese successfully managed all aspects of the business. Experience also includes positions as Procurement Director at IDC Construction, LLC, and Assistant Project Manager at both Boca Developers and James G. Kennedy & Co. Vitatherese holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Everglades University and has also studied at New York University.
