Daniel Rushbrook

Daniel Rushbrook is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the banking and finance sector. Since February 2011, Daniel has served as General Counsel at Shawbrook Bank, prior to which Daniel was the Legal Director at Commercial First Mortgages Limited from February 2004 to January 2011. Earlier career roles include Commercial Property Solicitor positions at Macfarlanes (February 1998 - February 2004) and Linklaters (September 1993 - February 1998). Daniel holds a BA (Hons) in Law from Hertford College, Oxford, and an LLM in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, in addition to completing the Law Society Final Examination at the College of Law.
