John B.

John B. has extensive experience in the banking industry, starting with their role as a Credit Risk Analyst at Banco Santander from July 2010 to April 2014. During this time, they focused on designing and developing strategies to manage and optimize collections efficiency, analyzing system and operational changes, and creating management information (MI) to monitor strategy performance.

John then joined Lloyds Banking Group in April 2014 as a Senior Risk Analyst, where they supervised and guided the completion of core bottom-up impairment and capital forecasting models. John also provided advice on forecast inputs and management judgements for informed decision-making. John'srole involved supporting stress testing submissions to regulatory bodies like the PRA (Prudential Regulation Authority) and EBA (European Banking Authority).

Currently, John B. is working at Shawbrook Bank as the Head of Enterprise Risk since February 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Policy & Compliance Manager at the same company from May 2017 to February 2021. In this role, they led a team of Quality Control (QC) Officers to implement a new QC framework, managed analysts responsible for broker management and data analysis, and oversaw the collation and distribution of the Enterprise Risk Committee pack.
