Keir Morris has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on business development and property development. Keir currently serves as the Senior Relationship Director for Development Finance at Shawbrook Bank. Prior to this, they worked at Aldermore Bank PLC as a Property Development Manager for seven years. Keir also has experience as a Business Development Manager at West One Loans, Lloyds International, Lloyds Banking Group, Cheltenham & Gloucester, Bank of Scotland, HBOS, The Mortgage Business, and Bank of Ireland Mortgages. Keir'sroles involved building and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, achieving business targets, and adhering to credit and risk procedures.
