Kathy Locke

Kathy Locke is an experienced educator currently serving as an Elementary ELA Teacher at Shawnee Heights USD 450 since August 2022. Previous roles include School Principal at USD 223 Barnes-Hanover-Linn, Special Education Teacher at Topeka Public Schools, and Assistant Principal at Dodge City Public Schools.
