Ray Karnes

Ray Karnes has over 15 years of experience in technical and instructional roles. Currently serving as a Field Technician at ShawnTech Communications, Inc since November 2008, Ray specializes in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of telephonic and computer services for the Wisconsin Department of Corrections inmate phone system. Previously, Ray worked as a Small Unit Instructor in the U.S. Army Reserve from 2008 to 2014, where responsibilities included instructing and facilitating small groups on various military topics to support Battalion level commanders. Ray holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business/Commerce from Edgewood College and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Art/Art Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
