Conrad Digan

Conrad Digan has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the retail industry. Conrad is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Shaws Department Stores, where they are responsible for developing and delivering the business strategy. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Retail Services at Objectivity in 2021. From 2018 to 2021, Conrad worked as a Business Consultant at C Digan Consulting Ltd, driving profitable growth and delivering innovative solutions for large and SME businesses. Before that, they held the position of Director of Retail Operations and Customer Service at Primark Stores Limited from 2014 to 2018, overseeing operations across 11 markets and driving cost optimization. Conrad also had a successful tenure at Marks and Spencer, where they held multiple roles, including Head of Selling and Marketing for Marks & Spencer Ireland and Head of Store Presentation and In-store Marketing. Conrad Digan obtained a Bachelor's degree in English/Sports Studies from the University of Roehampton, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. Furthermore, Conrad is a Certified Coach, having received certification from the International Coaching Federation in September 2019.
