Jiji Ugboma, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2021. In 2021, they are the Senior Manager, Partner Engagement at SHE Media, providing ongoing value by way of engagement, audience development, and editorial strategy consulting to SHE Media’s Collective of both premium and independent publishers. Jiji also leads at-scale community efforts which includes communication with and education of SHE Media’s portfolio of publishers through email newsletters, educational materials and editorial workshops, publisher interviews, and case studies.

In 2021, they are also the Community Manager at Gipefi Cosmetics/Ustawi, where they built and designed digital marketing and branding strategy across all forward-facing social platforms, and created and implemented growth strategy for social media across all platforms.
