Jennifer Lacasse has a diverse background in marketing and product management. Jennifer most recently served as the Director of Global Marketing & Customer Experience at A.T. Cross Company, where they developed effective marketing strategies, evaluated market trends, and launched promotions to drive sales. During this role, they reduced the backlog of unread consumer emails and provided guidance to a team of customer service representatives and marketing trade managers. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as a Senior Global Trade Marketing Manager and a Trade Marketing Manager at A.T. Cross Company, where they focused on public relations, brand messaging, marketplace analysis, and trade promotion planning. Jennifer also has experience as a Product Marketing Manager at Empower Fitness, where they directed product design and manufacturing, and as a Marketing Coordinator at Cookson Precious Metals and Natco Home Products.
Jennifer Lacasse holds a BA in English, which they obtained from Salem State University from 1998 to 2001. In 2011, they completed a certificate program in Marketing from UC Berkeley. Recently, in 2022, Jennifer acquired a certification in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute. Jennifer also obtained the title of Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the same institution in August 2022.
