Blair Etz has over 15 years of experience in various roles within the food and beverage industry. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as a Division Sales Manager at Dr Pepper Snapple Group. Blair then moved on to become the Director of Category Management from 2005 to 2008, where they were responsible for developing category managers and analysts to drive category growth. In 2008, Blair joined Dr Pepper Snapple Group as the Director of Sales Operations for Walmart/Sam's Team, where they worked closely with national account managers and the Walmart/Sam's operations team to drive national account activity and secure incremental merchandising opportunities. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the Director of Sales for the Drug/Dollar Channel, leading the dollar channel and drug channel sales efforts. Since 2013, Blair has been the Director of Alternate Channels - New Business Development at Shearer's Foods, LLC, where they are responsible for developing and maintaining retailer relationships in dollar, drug, convenience, and club channels, as well as building joint business plans to deliver growth and value to retail partners.
Blair Etz attended The University of Memphis from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a BBA degree with a focus on Sales and Marketing.
