Silje-Mari Geithus has accumulated extensive experience in marine crew management and human resources through various roles at Shearwater GeoServices from July 2022 to the present, including Marine Crewing Manager and Senior Marine Crewing Coordinator. Prior to this, Silje-Mari worked as People & Organization Coordinator at Corvus Energy and as a Recruitment Consultant at Thor Companies, where the focus was on delivering value to established Scandinavian companies. Additional experience includes serving as a Student Mentor at MentorNorge AS and a Student Ambassador at the University of Bergen. An education background includes a Master's Degree in International Management (China) from SOAS University of London, along with courses in payroll and personnel at NKI Nettstudier and studies in Chinese at The University of Hong Kong.
