Beth was quickly promoted to Manager at Outer Harbor Management Group/Buffalo Bisons/Be Our Guest, LTD., where they managed all aspects of event operations for the company.

In May 2019, Beth joined the Buffalo Niagara Partnership as their Event Manager. In this role, Beth oversaw the day to day event planning for the Partnership's 60+ meetings and events throughout the year. Beth worked closely with Member Services, BN360 Young Professionals, Government Affairs and the Development Council programs to execute meetings and networking events.

In March 2020, Beth joined Shea's Performing Arts Center as their Sponsorships & Special Events Manager. In this role, Beth is responsible for executing a wide variety of events at Shea's, including concerts, private events, and community outreach initiatives.

Beth Potozniak received their Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Public Relations from the State University of New York College at Buffalo in 2003-2006.
