M.eng Tyler Grimes

Tyler Grimes, M.Eng, currently serves as the Site Manager of Operations at Sheboygan Paint Company, overseeing all operations of an industrial paints and coatings facility since August 2023. Previously, Tyler held the role of Director of Manufacturing Operations at Affinity Chemical LLC, managing all manufacturing sites. Additional experience includes positions such as Plant Manager and Manufacturing Manager at NOV, and Manufacturing Manager at GEO Specialty Chemicals, where Tyler directed multiple aspects of operations and management in unionized environments. Education credentials include a Master's Degree in Construction Engineering & Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and two Bachelor's Degrees in Applied Manufacturing Engineering and Occupational Safety and Health from Jacksonville State University.
