Hannah Jones is an experienced key account manager with a strong background in the hospitality and tourism sectors. Currently serving as the Key Account Manager for APAC at Fresha since January 2021, Hannah previously held various roles at Booking.com from February 2018 to October 2020, advancing from Account Executive to Account Manager. In these positions, Hannah managed over 500 partners, driving product adoption and revenue growth across multiple markets. Prior experience includes serving as a Reservations & Revenue Coordinator at The Goring, contributing to the hotel's recognition as a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star property, and assisting with event administration at the Australian British Chamber of Commerce.
