Kelly John Kaepernick is a seasoned professional in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) with extensive experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Currently serving as BIM Manager at Sheehan Nagle Hartray Architects, a Woolpert Company, since July 2023, Kelly has held various leadership roles including VDC Director at Prime Electric and Facilities BIM Coordinator at POWER Engineers. With a robust background that includes roles as a Senior BIM/VDC Consultant and BIM Solutions Consultant, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in enhancing operational efficiency through BIM/VDC applications, developing processes for maximum ROI, managing teams, and providing training and mentorship. Kelly's foundational experience in CAD technologies and project coordination, coupled with an Associate’s degree in Residential Design from Northcentral Technical College, contributes to a comprehensive skill set suitable for addressing complex project requirements in the AEC sector.
