Andrew Newcombe

Andrew Newcombe is an Associate at Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA, having joined the firm in September 2023. Previously, Andrew was a J.D. Candidate at Duke University School of Law from August 2020 to May 2023, where participation included roles as a Student Attorney in the Wrongful Convictions Clinic and the Community Enterprise Clinic, as well as serving as Co-Director of the Veterans Assistance Project. Andrew also held a Summer Associate position at Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA in the summer of 2022 and completed a Legal Internship at the United States Attorneys' Offices in summer 2021. Prior experience includes working on the Business Services Team at Boston Consulting Group from July 2017 to August 2020 and serving as an Infantry Officer in the US Army from May 2014 to July 2017. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law and a Certificate in Public Interest and Public Service Law from Duke University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
