Jill Dupont

Jill Dupont, SPHR, has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Jill began their career as the Director of HR at Sensitech Inc. in 2000, where they worked until 2005. Jill then served as the VP of HR at Sensitech Inc./A Carrier Corp. Company from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they took on the role of Senior HR Consultant at M2S, Inc., followed by a position as the Director of HR at eCopy, Inc./Nuance Communications in 2007-2008. Jill later became the VP of HR at eCopy, Inc./Nuance Communications from 2008 to 2010.

Jill Dupont also worked as a Senior HR Generalist at DRS Technologies, Inc. from 2011 to 2013. Jill then moved on to work as the HR Manager at C Squared Systems, LLC in 2015 and served in this role until 2016. Most recently, Jill Dupont has been employed as the Human Resources Director at Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA since 2020. Prior to this role, they held the position of Employee Relations Specialist at the same company between 2018 and 2020.

Jill Dupont, SPHR, holds a Master of Science degree in Management with a concentration in HR from Lesley University.
