Ryan Moreland

Ryan Moreland has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ryan started their career in 2006 at The Little Gym International, Inc. where they served as a Program Manager and Senior Instructor. Ryan'sresponsibilities included curriculum-based instruction, membership growth and retention, instructor training, sales and marketing, scheduling, and finance functions. After working there for six years, they moved on to join Covenant in 2014.

At Covenant, Ryan held multiple roles, including Strategic Account Manager, 3PL Operations Manager, Director of Logistics, Director of TMS Sales, Solutions Sales Executive, and Director of Business Development. Throughout their tenure at Covenant, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, managed national teams, and achieved sales growth.

Ryan's most recent position, which they started in 2023, is as an Enterprise Account Executive at Sheer Logistics. Ryan'sfocus is on revolutionizing the implementation process for Managed Transportation clients and delivering exceptional results to customers. Ryan strives to provide value and enhance supply chains for their clients and colleagues.

Ryan Moreland attended Bryan College from 2012 to 2016. Ryan obtained a degree in Business Management with a focus in Organizational Leadership. Prior to their college education, they graduated from Ooltewah High School in 2008, earning their diploma. In 2017, Ryan obtained a certification from the Soderquist Leadership Academy, offered by Soderquist Leadership.
