Shyam Krishna Shenoy

Shyam Krishna Shenoy is a Mechanical Engineer with experience in thermal engineering, HVAC design, CAD and FEA tools, and automotive vehicle maintenance. Shyam Krishna has worked as a Thermal Engineer at Sheetak Inc. and as a Product Design Engineer Intern at FluxTeq, where they designed and tested heat flux-based flowmeter and developed thermal Matlab models. Additionally, they worked as an HVAC Design Research Assistant and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Virginia Tech, teaching engineering design process and programming using Matlab. Shyam Krishna also worked as an Application Engineer at Altair, delivering customized CAD and FEA tools for HyperMesh clients. Further, they worked as a Thermal Management Intern at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and as a FEA Analyst Intern at Indira Gandhi Center for Atomic Research. Finally, they received practical hands-on training and worked on the assembly, working, and reassembly of various engines and systems as an In-Plant Training for Automotive Vehicle Maintenance at Gedee Technical Training Institute.

Shyam Krishna Shenoy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in 2015. Shyam Krishna then pursued a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech between 2015 and 2017. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained several certifications including Microsoft Office 2013 Excel Expert certification from Microsoft Office Training, and a Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer certification from National Instruments in 2016.
